The five-star seaside hotel La Pérousse has been welcoming sun-seeking travelers to Nice since 1936 and remains one of the city’s best luxury hotels. Although the hotel looks large, there are only 53 rooms and suites to accommodate guests looking for a quiet stay. You can choose a room overlooking the Mediterranean Sea or the gardens at the back of the property, and whichever you choose you will enjoy the scenery from a small balcony or terrace. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available and can be enjoyed indoors, in the pretty conservatory or on the terrace in the shade of the lemon trees. There is also a cocktail bar located on a secret and picturesque terrace – an experience you must try if you are staying at La Pérousse. If you don’t want to swim in the sea, there is a seasonal pool, sauna and solarium where you can get a perfect tan. Hotel La Pérouse is not only located a few steps from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais, but it is also located next to the charming Vieux Nice district, that is. From the old city of Nice.

Anantara Plaza Nice is one of the city’s landmarks. The large yellow Belle Epoque building was built in 1848, but was completely renovated at the end of 2022 to offer its guests modern and elegant rooms equipped with all modern comforts. All 151 rooms and suites feature air conditioning, a large flat-screen TV and an espresso machine. Guests can choose their accommodation with a garden or sea view. The hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the old town and three minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The hotel has a spa for body treatments, a sauna, a steam room and a relaxation area. The hotel restaurant (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner) and bar are located on the roof with a panoramic view of the sea and the city. The sophisticated lobby lounge also offers snacks and drinks.

The famous Palais de la Méditerranée, a hotel dating back to 1929, is one of the most iconic hotels in Nice. Although now owned by Hyatt, the grand Art Deco estate, overlooking the iconic Promenade des Anglais and the Mediterranean Sea, retains all its grandeur and historic charm. The five-star Palais de la Méditerranée consists of 187 modern rooms, including nine suites, overlooking either the sea or the city centre. There are two swimming pools, one seasonal outdoor overlooking the sea and the other indoor next to the sauna and steam room. Breakfast, lunch and late dinner are available in the restaurant (excluding Mediterranean cuisine), while cocktails and aperitifs are served at the on-site bar. (Note that both the bar and restaurant face the sea.) This property is located just 2 miles from the Old Town, less than 1 mile from Place Masséna, and 2 miles from the must-see St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral.

Boscolo Nice Hôtel & Spa is an attractive five-star property located in the heart of the city, just a 10-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and Place Masséna, and a 20-minute walk from the Old Town. The hotel’s historic, white Belle Epoque facade is what catches the eye, but inside, the decor, a mix of modern and classic, is absolutely beautiful. All 112 sophisticated rooms and suites are decorated in shades of white that evoke peace and tranquility. The spa offers body and facial treatments as well as a heated pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation room. If an indoor pool isn’t what you’re looking for, a deck with sun loungers, comfortable sofas, a cocktail bar and views of the city and sea may be to your taste. There is an Italian restaurant and an Italian bar within the property, where you can serve all the dishes with limoncello and meat your heart desires.

Holiday Accommodation With Private Pool In France

Le Méridien Nice is perhaps the most sought-after postal address in all of Nice (and perhaps the south of France): #1 Promonade des Anglais. It goes without saying that the Marriott’s location is great: it faces the sea, making getting to the beach quick and easy. Unlike many other luxury hotels in the city, Le Méridien is not a historic property and nothing special on the outside, but on the inside it exudes modern sophistication with a beautiful mid-century aesthetic. If you’re not interested in interior design, focus on the views – you can choose accommodation with sea or garden views, both of which are great. The heated rooftop pool also enjoys sea views, but you may prefer to relax in the spa’s steam room or hot tub. There are many food and beverage restaurants, all with views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The best thing about the luxurious Villa Victoria hotel is not its beautiful exterior with green shutters and wrought-iron balconies, nor its excellent location in the center of Nice – but rather the large, lush, tranquil garden. Guests can choose a room with a garden or city view, but regardless of the choice, they are sure to enjoy the amenities offered. Although there is no restaurant on site, breakfast is served indoors or on the quiet terrace, and refreshments are available at the bar. The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the beach and the Promenade des Anglais.

With its elaborate facade, rose-roofed, and rotunda, Le Negresco is perhaps the most recognizable building in all of Nice. It has attracted celebrities and artists since it opened in 1913, and it can also be your home for a night or two during your visit to Nice. Located right on the Promenade des Anglais, Le Negresco has its own beach club and restaurant on the beach, which we highly recommend guests visit for the complete pleasant experience. The 102 rooms and 26 suites that make up Le Negresco are as extravagant as the building’s exterior: expect richly patterned tapestries, artwork throughout, chandeliers, and gilded furniture. There are several food and drink options on site, all of which are worth checking out, if only for the gorgeous decor. Are you planning a trip to Nice, France?
